Document Retrieval

This page describes the application view for the Document Retrieval business process.

Business View

The overall business scenario associated to this process is described in the Business view page.

Application View

The Document Retrieval may be realized by:

  • searching and retrieving the documents - the Requesting NCP searches for candidate documents and, once identified, retrieves the selected one(s), as shown in the first alternative of the diagram below
  • fetching the documents - the Requesting NCP already knows the document reference and retrieves it directly, as shown in the second alternative of the diagram below
